Emma's birthday

We asked Emma what family activity she wanted to do for her birthday and she immediately said, "the Bean Museum and Brick Oven!" We did the same thing for her birthday last year and it was a hit. So off we went today and fun was had by all.

The Museum--the girls go nuts every time we visit. They love being right up close to the animals. Rachel was a little scared of the big ones.

Emma feeding Rachel some of her birthday sundae--I love how Emma's tongue is out

Feeding the ducks some of our leftover pizza at the BYU botany pond

I had to sneak in a picture of Emma's birthday cake--"Under the Sea." It was a cinch to make, which I needed, since I'm a lousy cake-decorater.

The cake is SOOO cute! Great job! What a fun day for you all. I love that she picked to eat at the Brick Oven- very grown up, all my girls ever ask for is McDonald's and let's face it, that gets old!!! Happy Birthday Emma!!
